The fireTEX® 1020.VC2 welding protection blanket and flame protection blanket are manufactured from high-quality, air-texturized E-glass fabric with a double-sided vermiculite coating. These welding protection blankets and flame protection blankets can be used for very high application temperatures up to 1000 °C. The double-sided vermiculite coating protects the base material from direct temperature influence and ensures longer and higher temperature resistance. The fireTEX® 1020.VC2 welding protection blankets and flame protection blankets are non-flammable and are perfect for vertical and horizontal applications. They reliably protect against welding splatters, sparks, direct flames, and even liquid metal splatters. As needed, these blankets can be optionally equipped with eyelets in various diameters. The fireTEX® 1020.VC2 welding protection blankets and flame protection blankets are available in a variety of standard sizes as well as customized special sizes and can also be obtained as practical rolls.
