The fireTEX® 1020.VC2 spatter and flame protection blanket, made of high-quality and air-textured E-glass fabric, represents an extremely durable and high-temperature-resistant all-round protection solution against welding spatter, flames, flying sparks and also liquid metal spatter. Due to the vermiculite coating on both sides, the material is not only resilient to high temperatures, but also mechanical loads at a high level. This protective blanket impresses with its versatile areas of application and is suitable for both vertical and horizontal applications in the area of spatter and flame protection. This quality also has a shipbuilding approval (EU approval MED). These blankets are available in a variety of standard and custom sizes, and can also be purchased in convenient rolls.
