Braided, high-temperature resistant packings provide reliable and consistent sealing and insulating properties. These are used, for example, as heat-resistant textile seals for oven doors, inspection hatches and tunnel openings. Through the use of different raw materials and the realization of project-related qualities, our packs reliably meet the specific requirements of the industry. The performance characteristics can be individually adjusted by reinforcement with chrome steel wire, graphite or glass. On request, we implement customer-specific solutions according to your technical requirements.

isoTEX® 600 - High temperature packings

(E-Glass fiber - up to 550 °C)

isoTEX® 600 textiles are made of E-glass fiber and have excellent chemical stability against acid and alkaline atmospheres. Exceptions are phosphoric acid, HF acids and concentrated alkalis.

isoTEX® 1000 - High temperature packings

(HT-Glass fiber - up to 750 °C)

isoTEX® 1000 textiles are made from textured HT glass fiber filament yarns and are soft, slightly elastic products that lead to significantly less skin irritation. isoTEX® 1000 textiles have excellent chemical stability against acidic and basic atmospheres. Exceptions are phosphoric acid, HF acids and concentrated alkalis.

isoTEX® 1100 - High temperature packings

(Biosoluble fiber - up to 1050 °C)

isoTEX® 1100 textiles are made from biosoluble fibers reinforced with glass fiber yarn or stainless steel wire. Products of the isoTEX® 1100 series have excellent chemical stability against acidic and basic atmospheres. Exceptions are phosphoric acid, HF acids and concentrated alkalis. They are also resistant to oxidizing and reducing atmospheres.

isoTEX® 1200 - High temperature packings

(Silicate fiberglass - up to 1100 °C)

isoTEX® 1200 textiles are made from textured continuous filament yarns made from silicate glass fibers. These products are particularly suitable for applications in the high-temperature range above 1000 °C. Products from the isoTEX® 1200 series have excellent chemical stability and are resistant to most organic agents, water and hot acids, with the exception of hydrofluoric acid and strong alkalis.

thermoKERAM® Textiles are made from high-temperature-resistant ceramic fibers with reinforcement from E-glass fiber yarn or stainless steel wire. Products from the thermoKERAM® series have excellent chemical stability against acidic and basic atmospheres. Exceptions are phosphoric acid, HF acids and concentrated alkalis.
