550 °C to 1100 °C
Needle mats are an excellent material for heat insulation and soundproofing in industrial applications. Needle mats are manufactured purely mechanically, without the addition of binders, from high-quality E-glass fiber, HT glass fiber or silicate glass fiber (SiO2), with a filament diameter of 6 - 13 µm. Needle mats made from the raw materials mentioned are non-flammable and absolutely harmless to health and the environment (not respirable/non-carcinogenic).
We would be happy to advise you personally on this.
