HIGH TEMPERATURE Basic
The 810.HT welding blanket is a lightweight and flexible high-temperature welding blanket for industrial welding, grinding and hot work. It has been developed for applications where sparks, weld spatter and elevated thermal loads must be reliably shielded while keeping the fabric weight as low as possible.
The 810.HT is based on a textured glass fabric with a double-sided calcium silicate HT finish. With a fabric weight of only approx. 660 g/m², the welding blanket combines lightweight, flexible handling with high temperature resistance up to 800 °C.
Thanks to its favourable combination of temperature resistance and fabric weight, the 810.HT is particularly suitable for large-area shielding and covering of machinery, equipment, components, floors and adjacent work areas, as well as for vertical and horizontal applications in industrial welding protection.

The 810.HT is available both as roll goods for individual further processing and in numerous fabricated standard sizes. Its low fabric weight makes it particularly suitable for large-area welding protection applications. Custom dimensions can also be manufactured for project-specific requirements.
