HIGH TEMPERATURE Basic
The 810.HT high-temperature welding curtain is designed for industrial applications with increased thermal exposure. It reliably protects adjacent work areas, machinery and components against flying sparks, hot welding spatter and direct heat exposure.
The 810.HT is based on a lightweight GT glass fabric treated on both sides with a calcium silicate HT finish. The resulting area weight of approximately 660 g/m² makes the curtain comparatively lightweight and flexible, making it particularly suitable for large-area suspended partitions and frequently moved curtain systems.
The material combination is designed for temperature resistance up to 800 °C. The HT finish improves the glass fabric's resistance to direct thermal exposure and thermal wear, supporting long service life in professional welding and manufacturing environments.
Dimensions, edge finishing and eyelets are individually adapted to the specific application. On request, we supply the 810.HT welding curtain as a complete system solution including curtain tracks, curtain rollers and matching mounting components.
