The 620.G2 welding and spark protection curtain is the robust heavy-duty version within our range of industrial welding curtains. It has been developed for work areas where, in addition to flying sparks, welding spatter and thermal exposure, the curtain is subjected to increased mechanical loads.
The 620.G2 is based on a heavy GT glass fabric with our PU Alufix coating applied to both sides. The resulting total area weight of approximately 1,150 g/m² provides a stable and durable construction with temperature resistance up to 600 °C.
Thanks to its double-sided coating and heavy material construction, the 620.G2 is particularly suitable for demanding production environments, intensively used welding areas and permanently installed or regularly moved protective partitions. Compared with lighter curtain qualities, the focus is not on minimum weight but on mechanical durability and a long service life.
Dimensions, edge finishing and eyelets are individually adapted to the specific application. On request, we supply the 620.G2 welding curtain as a complete system solution including curtain tracks, curtain rollers and matching mounting components.
