WELDING PROTECTION · WELDING CURTAINS1100.HT - High-Temperature Welding Curtain up to 1,100 °C
Heavy-duty high-temperature welding curtain made from glass fabric with a double-sided calcium silicate HT finish – developed for very high thermal loads, intense flying sparks and demanding welding environments.
1100.HT · HIGH TEMPERATURE · HEAVY DUTY
Heavy-duty high-temperature welding curtain for extreme thermal loads
HIGH TEMPERATURE Heavy Duty
The 1100.HT high-temperature welding curtain has been developed for industrial welding and metalworking areas subject to very high thermal loads. It provides a robust protective barrier against flying sparks, hot welding spatter and intense heat exposure, protecting adjacent work areas, machinery and components.
The 1100.HT is based on a heavy GT glass fabric treated on both sides with a calcium silicate HT finish. This creates a particularly robust high-temperature material with a total area weight of approximately 1,120 g/m².
The double-sided HT finish improves the fabric's resistance to direct heat exposure, thermal wear and mechanical stress. The 1100.HT welding curtain is designed for temperature resistance up to 1,100 °C, making it particularly suitable for welding areas with continuously high thermal loads and intensive operating conditions.
Dimensions, edge finishing and eyelets are individually adapted to the specific application. On request, we supply the 1100.HT welding curtain as a complete system solution including curtain tracks, curtain rollers and matching mounting components.
Configure the 1100.HT welding curtain with track and mounting system
Configure your individual 1100.HT welding curtain directly online. Define multiple curtain positions, individual dimensions, edge finishing and eyelets to suit your application. If required, add matching curtain tracks and mounting components directly to the configuration. This creates a technically coordinated high-temperature protection system for demanding welding and production areas.
