INDUSTRIAL Radiant Heat
The 620.A1 heat protection curtain has been specifically developed for industrial work areas exposed to high levels of radiant heat. It is suitable for thermally shielding personnel, machinery, components and adjacent production areas from intense thermal radiation.
The 620.A1 is based on a heavy GT glass fabric laminated on one side with reflective aluminum foil. With an area weight of approximately 1,080 g/m², the curtain combines a robust textile substrate with a highly reflective surface designed to reduce radiant heat transfer.
The aluminum surface is designed for radiant heat exposure up to 1,000 °C and reflects a substantial proportion of incident thermal radiation. This makes the 620.A1 particularly suitable as a heat protection barrier in front of furnaces, melting and casting processes, hot machinery areas and thermally exposed production zones.
Dimensions, edge finishing and eyelets are individually adapted to the specific application. On request, we supply the 620.A1 heat protection curtain as a complete system solution including curtain tracks, curtain rollers and matching mounting components.
