HIGH TEMPERATURE Heavy Duty
The 1100.HT welding blanket is a heavy and robust high-temperature welding blanket for demanding industrial welding, cutting and hot work. It combines high temperature resistance with high mechanical strength, making it particularly suitable for applications where the protective material is exposed to both high thermal and mechanical loads.
The 1100.HT is based on a heavy textured glass fabric with a double-sided calcium silicate HT finish. With a fabric weight of approx. 1,120 g/m², the welding blanket provides a durable heavy-duty construction and is designed for application temperatures up to 1,100 °C.
The 1100.HT is particularly suitable as a durable protective blanket against sparks, weld spatter, direct thermal exposure and flames. It can be used vertically or horizontally to shield and cover machinery, equipment, components, floors and adjacent work areas.

The 1100.HT is available both as roll goods for individual further processing and in numerous fabricated standard sizes. The robust material construction is particularly suitable for industrial applications involving high thermal and mechanical loads. For project-specific requirements, custom dimensions can also be manufactured.
