MODULAR SYSTEM · TRACK · ROLLER · MOUNTING
From a Single Welding Curtain to a Fully Integrated Curtain System
SYSTEM SOLUTION Track & Mounting
An industrial welding or heat protection curtain can only perform reliably when its guidance, mounting and mobility are properly matched to the installation conditions. Our welding curtain track and mounting systems are therefore designed as a modular solution for custom-made industrial curtain installations.
The system is based on a compact curtain track with a 28 × 30 mm profile. Straight track sections with a standard length of 2,000 mm can be extended using connecting sleeves and combined with 90° bends to create angled or partially enclosed protection zones. Wall and ceiling mounting sleeves allow the track system to be adapted to the structural conditions of the installation.
Ball-bearing curtain rollers provide smooth and movable suspension of the curtain. Snap hooks connect the rollers to the eyelets integrated into the custom-made curtain. Roller stops define the end positions within the track and support controlled movement of the complete curtain system.
Curtain material, dimensions, eyelet spacing and the required system components can be specified together using our welding curtain configurator. This creates a technically coordinated complete solution instead of combining independently selected individual components.
Configure Your Welding Curtain and Track System Together
First define the material, dimensions, edge finishing and eyelets of your curtain. The required curtain tracks and mounting components can then be added directly to the configuration and matched in quantity to the individual curtain sections. This provides a complete technical basis for quotation, manufacturing and installation.
Welding Curtain Tracks, Rollers and Mounting Components
All components are designed to work with the 28 × 30 mm track profile and the suspension system of our custom-made industrial curtains. Depending on the installation, straight track sections, 90° changes of direction and wall or ceiling mounting can be combined to create the required curtain system.

Plan Curtain Height and Track System as One Integrated Solution
When using the track and mounting system, an installation height of approximately 90 mm to the top edge of the curtain must be taken into account. This dimension should be deducted from the available clear height when determining the finished curtain height, preventing the curtain from resting on the floor or dragging when moved.
Example: With an available clear height of 3,500 mm, a curtain height of approximately 3,410 mm provides a practical starting point. Depending on the required floor clearance, installation conditions and guidance system, individual adjustment may be necessary.
This is why the curtain and mounting system can be planned together using our welding curtain configurator. The saved configuration then provides the technical basis for review, quotation and manufacturing.
