NOVA – Mobile Welding Screen with Modular Double-Tube Frame, ISO 25980

Mobile Welding Screen for Flexible Workstation Layouts
The NOVA mobile welding screen is designed for welding workstations that require robust yet adaptable screening. Its distinctive double 32 mm round-tube side frames provide a sturdy foundation for industrial use.
The standard version is mobile, with four 75 mm castors, two of which can be locked. NOVA 2000 measures approximately 1950 mm in width and 2070 mm in height, with around 300 mm of floor clearance.
A key advantage of NOVA is its modular expandability. The double-tube side frames accommodate pivoting side arms, allowing a single mobile screen to be expanded into a larger protective barrier tailored to the workstation.
NOVA also offers flexibility in PVC welding protection. The standard configuration uses 470 x 0.4 mm PVC strips. Alternatives include 570 x 1 mm strips and heavy-duty 300 mm strips in 2 or 3 mm thickness.
32 MM DOUBLE-TUBE CONSTRUCTION
A Robust Foundation for Mobile, Expandable Welding Workstations
The defining structural feature of the NOVA range is its side frames made from double 32 mm round tubes. They provide a robust structure while supporting modular expansion.
The standard version is fitted with four 75 mm castors, two of which are lockable. This allows the screen to be repositioned easily within workshops and production facilities and secured in place.
At approximately 1950 mm wide and 2070 mm high, with 300 mm of floor clearance, NOVA 2000 provides a compact mobile base screen. Additional pivoting side arms can be fitted as required.
MODULAR EXPANSION
Extend Your Welding Area with Pivoting Side Arms
For larger work areas, NOVA 4000 is available as a three-section welding screen with two pivoting side arms, each approximately 1050 mm long. The arms can be positioned to suit the workpiece and welding operation.
The NOVA design also supports configurations with up to four pivoting side arms. For example, two back-to-back welding workstations can be screened using a shared modular system.
The curtain suspension is positioned outside the frame axis. This allows the PVC welding protection to extend across the upright sections and onto the side arms, minimising gaps at the transitions.
NOVA 2000 and NOVA 4000 – Technical Specifications
The NOVA range combines sturdy double-tube side frames with a modular pivoting-arm system. Various PVC strip and curtain options allow the screens to be adapted to different welding workstations and protection requirements.
