The silTEX® silicate fabrics are made from high-quality SiO2 special yarns with a high silicon oxide content. The additional Vermiculite-Weldblock finish makes the material more hard-wearing when it comes to mechanical stresses and ensures optimal protection for welding and cutting work up to 1600 °C.
